For security protection, your AlertSite® session will expire after a period of inactivity or when you close your browser, and it will be necessary for you to login again.

By checking 'Keep me logged in.' on the login page, you can prevent your AlertSite session from expiring. The next time you return to the AlertSite homepage, you can select 'Secure Login' and return to your session without having to login. To end the session, select 'Logoff'. You will immediately be logged off, and it will be necessary for you to login again.

To save time re-entering your login name and password, you can request that your browser remember the login information, so that you will not need to re-enter the login name and password the next time you login.
